Blank Panels

Premier Blank Panels are available in either aluminum or steel. All panels have closed slots for rigidity with spacing according to EIA standards. Open slots available on special order. Note that all panels are cut 1/32" inch less than nominal height indicated in ordering tables. Panels are finished in Light Gray. Other colors are available at additional cost. 

Masked-Aluminum Panels

Masked Aluminum Panels are made of bright natural aluminum covered on both sides with special self-adhesive paper. Drilling or milling can be done on paper in place, affording complete damage protection. Paper is removed simply by peeling.

Modifications are available, including unfinished, special finishes and special heights.

Perforated Panels

Made of 20-gauge steel with 1/16" inch diameter holes on 3/16" inch staggered centers. Edges formed on 4 sides. Overall depth 1/2" inch. Each panel has mounting holes on each side and are finished in Light Gray enamel.

Formed Panels: 1/2" Inch Deep, 19 and 24 Inch Wide

Made of 1 piece, 16-gauge steel with edges formed for overall depth of 1/2" inch. Each panel has only 2 mounting holes on each side and is finished in Light Gray enamel.

Side Hinged Door Panels

These panels are finished in Light Gray and manufactured in 12-gauge steel. They can be used for left or right hand opening. Supplied with a quick turn fastener. Full height piano hinge welded to panel. Cylinder lock (HW-6) available at additonal cost.
